A lot of investors are going to lose big time with AI, because that’s the Bubble, isn’t it?
It is as predictable as sunshine.
Short and long term, we believe Gleaming Water LLC is a much safer investment.

The Cap
The umbrella is an improvement over the hat in many situations.
Why discuss a Cap?
The Cap represents the failure of a college education (me) vs my street-smart (wife).
I spent countless hours and multiple frustrating weeks attempting to find the best orientation for the condensing tubes. We needed to establish this before investing in Prototype III. But instead of seeing the problem from a street-smart point of view (simpler) I did every configuration and contortion imaginable, because that’s my role. Mr. Imagine it, then make it.
My wife comes home from her work. Asks me a few questions, set her lunch box down and said put a CAP on it. The correct solution, yet too simple. Do you like complicated?
Last year (2024) we had the opportunity to put a project on the desk of five college senior mechanical engineers. We defined the limiting factors and told them we did not wish to micromanage this project. We desired unbiased eyes and brains to tackle the design.
Before we read their final report we started work on a new design. The new design is just simpler, faster to build, stronger than is needed, and cost effective. It also is the kind of work that can be contracted to a number of low-tech production shops. Thus, taking that piece of the pie out of our workspace.
The engineers finished. Did a great job of documenting the pros and cons. Their final analysis said that until the production levels reached about 50,000 pieces per contract the costs would be quite high per unit. They made good recommendations. Their design met engineering specs. And limitations given. Ours meets application requirements. But their insight is valuable.
While you may wonder how this applies to your Gleaming Water investment.
This topic describes that we seek out siders input. We believe better good ideas can come from anywhere. But, at the same time, just because we hire a consultant (engineers), does not mean Gleaming Water is building by the book for the sake of the book.

The Mind’s Chalkboard and Red shift
Facts Water is the second most important thing in the world.
Life is number 1.
Energy is in a tie with water.
Somewhere is a wheat field, in mid-May, just after sundown, it is possible to witness the phenomenon that a green wheat has turned RED. It is awesome and feels SIFY. It’s inspiring because....
That’s energy radiating in the red spectrum from living plants whom we normally see as GREEN. Energy that came to the plants from the sun and the plants turn the sun’s energy around and re-radiate that energy.
“I know, ‘Say it ain’t so.”
At that time-of-day (a little after sundown) the sun’s energy is skimming above the horizon, slanting into outer space.
The green wheat appears RED, because we humans only detect (observe) that part of the spectrum that radiates toward us.
Do the green rays of the light spectrum mask the RED for most of the day? Uh huh good question. YES.
When the plants have excess energy, they dispose of it by shunting it out. If shunting didn’t occur their living cells would burst, lose water and die. This isn’t an odd phenomenon, just one that isn’t seen by many people.
Most of us must see with our eyes first to get to the ‘believing state’.
Tesla wrote he imagined every invention in his mind’s chalkboard before he wrote them. He is well known as a genius. I think his genius is he knew exactly what his brain was doing. He used his brain religiously as a chalkboard not just trusted his brain but created many inventions.
The 8/6/2024 patent, comprising four inventions concerning the movement of energy are the building blocks of Gleaming Water LLC’s Water Farm. It could be beneficial to all humans if you take the time to get to the believing state of our work. The Water Farm technology is darn good, but not as creative as Tesla.
Copper tubing vs Transparent tubing
Atmospheric humidity is a different source of water.
Yes, no one has produced a successful extraction method...Until we did it.
One step of our method you can do at home is,
-
Shine a laser light on the outside of a copper tube.
-
You will see no light inside the tube.
-
Shine the same light on a clear plastic tube.
-
You will see light on the inside of the tube.
Of the four steps in the patent two are rocket science, two are not. The above one is not but it is the barrier all previous inventors skipped.
Even if a new source of Water is not your most pressing issue, may we suggest.
Every bottling facility consumes water. In Florida, the byproduct of this facility is decreasing water volumes of springs and rivers, or creating more brine to be dumped in a bay or an ocean.
What does the Gleaming Water LLC business produce?
-
Less expensive water.
-
No Pollution of oceans and bays.
-
Reduced electrical consumption.
-
As large a volume water engineered to meet the need.
-
Reduced demand on streams, lakes and springs.
Our proposal to a bottler goes like this:
‘ A nonbinding Letter of Intent’ for the Bottler to purchase ‘X’ thousands of gallons of water from Gleaming Water LLC by ‘Y’ date.
Why do we propose this?
Because Venture Capital investors must see that real firms will commit to a new water source at a competitive price. That makes it a typical VC investment.
To fill that proposed ‘X’ amount of water by ‘Y’ date, in a legal contractual agreement are all upfront costs for Gleaming Water LLC.
We also know that a CEO of a bottling company may want to see GW succeed, but committing the CEO’s future to an unknown is a hard sell. Therefore, the non-binding phrase.
Do you know the Humidity Daisy Chain?
A childhood daisy-chain is attached with staples or glue to make interlocking loops of paper into a chain. Picture a daisy chain with different sizes of loops. Now shrink your picture to the microscopic level. Then please mentally shrink the daisy-chain smaller to the molecular level.
In the kindergarten size when you pulled on one end... the loops elongated, or the paper tore and the chain was broken. You probably understand that in the classroom, the paper loops are what provides the connection for a force to move the daisy-chain up, down or anywhere.
At the molecular level breakage is not allowed. Stretching is allowed, but not breaking (there are exceptions that are mind-boggling to this rule).
This is a visual explanation of how condensation works. Post # 2. Because many don’t know.
The rest of the story is a http/:www.gleamingwaterllc.com
The missing piece of information you need is that the pull (the force) is caused by a molecular concentration gradient of humidity. Water Vapor becomes liquid at the coldest location. Which is at the ninety-nine percent humidity level (high point of the gradient).
But liquid water is zero percent humidity or near zero. Zero percent humidity is the lowest energy level. Energy was released as the vapor became liquid, and that’s how the liquid becomes the lowest energy level.
This water vapor-liquid water concentration gradient is the force that moves water vapor. That force is weak but constant and unbreakable. The force cannot get stronger than 99 to zero. That is a maximum force. And it is a continuous gradient. The sun’s energy in the water vapor molecule is the original power for the force.
Engineers ignore this force because... actually we don’t know why they do. But the entire HVAC industry ignores this force.
STRIKE A DEAL
Sedona or Flagstaff? Both of these cities are high enough in elevation that if there was an abundance of water available, electricity can be produced while supplying clean water to Phoenix.
Soon there will be talk in Phoenix of reclaiming SEWER water for human consumption. Don’t believe it? Read Tampa Bays newspapers. Read some cities in California dirty ideas.
A few hundred million dollars (700-800 probably) and either of those two Arizona cities would be leaders in potable water.
And you?
You fit in as the Venture Capital that stopped humans drinking crap water. Seems like a really good place to be investing.
The details. Both Sedona and Flagstaff average over 43 % humidity. Orlando is 74%. We calculate 1.25 MGD in Orlando from a 1.0-acre Water Farm. If we predict 0.5MGD in Sedona or Flagstaff Gleaming Water needs to build 2.0-acre Water Farms on multiple parcels.
Sedona is 4000 feet above sea level. Flagstaff 6900. Phoenix 700 ft. For every 100 feet of elevation change in a large water pipe (2-3 ft dia.) there is plenty of pressure (force) to turn a turbine to produce electricity.
Therefore, using a piping system to deliver water from the Water Farm to Phoenix, the owners of the Water Farm produce electricity. More electricity than the Water Farm needs to operate.
Make a Deal. Produce a Term Sheet. That and negotiate with two cities for everything needed. Hire the engineering firms and build. That’s all it takes.
If you’re concerned about the Water Farm production levels, then all you need is time to absorb how Gleaming Water’s patent changes what was normal.
How long does a Water Farm produce water?
As long as earth has an atmosphere. The equipment that wears out is off-the-shelf items and easily replaced. So, a long, long time is the answer.
I know you’ve been reading about the bottled water opportunity. We are attempting to show you there’s MORE. Thanks for your time.
Gleaming Water LLC is preparing for a Crowdfunding event.
Hey, water is pretty precious but an unlimited source...well that’s what GW has developed.
So, I am Jeff and my wife is Karen. We have a patent on the method.
This allows the user to capture liquid water from humidity. Lots of it, because we found a catalyst that makes it 3.3 more water in the same amount of time. And we discovered a way to use less electricity.
Are you saying great Jeff, What’s in it for me?
The answer is, ‘Advanced notice of the Event in March and information.’
During February, we will deliver information on how the invention works. Originally, we wanted to provide city water for those who are drilling deep wells, pumping up Brine water and polluting. We wanted to reduce pollution. But their needs are in the millions of gallons/day. That’s too big for a Startup.
Then we began a Venture Capital search to find one that said the right words and actually meant them. So far, VCs are busy gambling on AI.
We have done the market research and know the Bottled Water competition. We just read the 2020 CR’s article on the quality of those competitors.
What appears to be a logical choice is to do Online sales and let the fulfillment houses do their job. We are choosing not to be a distributor and have trucks and employees in lots of cities.
Again, What’s in for you?
When we activate the crowdfunding campaign, you will be able to invest and wait for GW to become successful. I’m pretty sure you’ll get a package from the Online distributor with the product.
How long will that take? With the price of GW water will be in the middle affordable range and the New Non-Polluting method. My best guess is 24 to 36 months. At that point sales momentum should produce a Buyer for the company and a potential financial gain for you.
Why? Because with no Brine produced all the Filtered and Purified water companies would need to come clean to the public about the source(s) of their water and if their sources are Eco-Friendly. Are they depleting a spring or river? Are they producing two bottles of Brine for every bottle?
Yes, GW needs to win public support, so GW needs to be careful with the advertising.
That’s it. You can help by suggesting to your LinkedIn followers to take a look. That’s all we are asking. We’d really appreciate your help.
Headquarters
We are researching where GW should be headquartered. Planning likes to put businesses in industrial parks. An industrial park we checked out, 40,000 sq ft space. Only $49,000 per month. Next-door to the distribution people. Now we know what ten thousand new tires smell like.
Aromas, aerosols, oils, asphalt shingles are all acceptable uses. These new industrial parks, the buildings are really nice but are too risky because next month a new tenant could contaminate Dew Nebula and that would be a disaster.
In some classes of farm/agricultural zoning we find there may be a Conditional Use Permit for GW type use, or at least the bottling plant. The county(s) planning department usually wants us to identify a specific land parcel. However, we just learned that who’s next door is important, so it isn’t just looking on a map and pick one that may have the right zoning.
I worked in real estate sales for over twenty years. I know the answer is to get an accepted sales offer contingent upon planning approvals. And we understand that means GW hires a Private land Use Planner.
